Whitney is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and has over 10 years’ experience in her field.
She trains people for bodybuilding, bikini, figure, wellness, physique, etc. She is also the Strength and Conditioning Coach for Southern Nazarene Softball. Whitney specializes in sports training, competition training and overall health. She also offers full nutritional and fitness plans for clients seeking lasting results.
Whitney doesn’t just train figure competitors — she is one. She loves helping people transform their bodies and minds and gain lifelong confidence.

Ray is a native Oklahoman who attended Putnam City North High School. He played football for 14 years, including at the collegiate level. Ray has been lifting weights since he was 13 years old, which is when his mom convinced his local YMCA to let him use the Nautilus equipment.
He specializes in powerlifting, strength training and power training. Ray has trained numerous World, National and State record holders. As a competitor, he has qualified twice to compete at Mr. Olympia. He has also competed in the U.S. Championship and the North American Championship. He is a member of the United States Powerlifting Association (USPA) and the International Powerlifting League (IPL).
Ray is an International Elite Level Bench Presser and a 5-time Oklahoma state record-breaking bench presser. He has also attempted the world record bench press competition.
His all-time top lifts include 750 lbs. single ply, 700 lbs. sling shot and 585 lbs. raw. He can also squat 850 lbs. and deadlift 650 lbs.
