Testimonials

Before-and-after comparison of a blonde woman in a leopard-print bra and black shorts indoors and a light-blue bikini on a beach.

“Competing was one of the hardest things I have ever done, but I left the stage a winner, and not just because of the medals around my neck! I grew physically, mentally and emotionally.  I gained confidence I have never had before. The Strength Factory and the coaches there are ready for you! Are you ready for them?”

“I was intimidated when I first walked into the gym because of the amount of competition and passion the people had for lifting, but it quickly disappeared. Everyone is eager to help and encourage, and they are extremely welcoming! I would recommend The Strength Factory to anyone and everyone.”

“I love The Strength Factory! In the matter of a few months, and thanks to Big Ray, I met and continue to meet my goals. If you want to progress, then this is the place to do it. The Strength Factory isn’t just a gym. It’s a family.”
